Expand an essay by developing its argument
A useful expansion explains a step your reader might otherwise have to infer. Connect a reason to the thesis, clarify the scope of a claim, or discuss a limitation already present in your draft. Extra length should make the reasoning easier to follow.
When the argument needs new evidence, consult and read appropriate sources yourself. This essay extender does not search for research or supply new evidence. A rejected expansion leaves your free allowance available for a revised draft or a more modest target.

How can I make my essay longer without padding?
Develop why each reason supports your thesis, clarify connections, and explain implications. The tool is instructed to expand these parts of your draft instead of repeating sentences.
Is the target an extra word count or a total?
It is the total length of the expanded essay. Enter 500 or 500 words, for example. Targets must be 100–1,500 words and no more than three times your original length.
Will it reach exactly my target?
Accepted drafts are within 10% of your target and longer than the original. Words are counted as whitespace-separated tokens, so your word processor may differ. Edit the result to meet an exact assignment limit.
Does it invent sources to increase word count?
It is instructed not to fabricate evidence, sources or citations to reach the target. Output undergoes length and evidence checks, but AI checks can miss errors. The expanded text still needs your review; existing sources are not independently verified.
