Restate that answer in fresh language, then connect the main supporting points rather than repeating a list of section headings. End with the significance that follows from those points. The closing paragraph should make sense as the final step in the argument the reader has already seen.
For research papers, keep conclusions within the study design and population. An association does not establish causation, and a planned study cannot report findings. Preserve limitations that change how the result should be interpreted. Include a future direction only when the supplied discussion supports it; a confident closing sentence is not a reason to invent a recommendation.
